Clause n° 1 : Object

General terms and conditions of sales described as following are detailing the rights and obligations of the micro company See My Normandy, Karine Poullard and her customer as part of the sale of  guiding services.

Any service provided by See My Normandy, Karine Poullard  EI micro company  therefore implies the entire acceptance of the following General terms and conditions of sales.

Clause n° 2 : Price

The services prices are those which are in effect on the day the sale is accepted. They are in euros and calculated without taxes. As the micro entreprise See My Normandy, Karine Poullard EI is not subject to VAT, there will not be any addition of taxes.
The micro entreprise See My Normandy, Karine Poullard EI keeps the right to change the prices at any time, but is committed to invoicing the services at the price given at the time the tour was confirmed, except for travel expenses if there is a big increase of the oil/gas price.

Clause n° 3 : Payment methods

The services ordered can be paid :

• or by bank check (only for French customers)

• or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

• or in cash the day of the tour (for last minute reservations for example)

At the reservation, the buyer will have to pay 10% of the total amount of the invoice as an advance payment. The balance has to be paid  at the beginning of the service, the day of the tour. If ever the tour is canceled by the buyer, there will be no refund of the advance payment. If the tour is canceled, for exceptional reasons only, the advance payment will be refunded.

Clause n° 4 : Confirmation of the reservation

The reservation of a tour is confirmed only when the micro company See My Normandy, Karine Poullard EI has :

- the name of the customer to put on the invoice, the name of the customer of the tour if it's different, and the day, the place and the time to meet the customer.

- the advance payment of 10%

Clause n° 5 : Late payment

If the balance of the invoice is not paid at the beginning of the service, the day of the tour, there will be no tour.

Clause n° 6 : Cancellation and refunding 

If the tour is canceled by the buyer, the advanced payment will not be refunded as it represents the payment of the time spent at working for writing e-mails, preparing the program, and preparing the quote.

The balance has to be paid 2 weeks before the tour.

75% of the balance will be refunded if the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the tour.

50% of the balance will be refunded if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the tour.

However, if See My Normandy, Karine Poullard EI can re book a tour on the same date, there will be a refund corresponding to the difference between the balance and the price of the new booking, limited at the balance's total amount.

Clause n° 7 : Force majeure

The responsibility of the micro company See My Normandy, Karine Poullard EI can not be engaged in case the guide is unable to give the tour for any event deemed to fall under force majeure, as recognized by law (article 1148 of French Code civil)

Clause n° 8 : General Data Protection Regulation

See My Normandy, Karine Poullard EI, will not keep your informations or contacts more than a year, except historical information when the buyer has asked for a personalized tour in the footsteps of a family member, and only with the allowance of the buyer. Indeed, a part of the activity of See My Normandy, Karine Poullard EI is composed of historical researches, and any information might be important for other tours.

Clause n° 9 : Competent Tribunal 

Any dispute or litigation regarding the validity, interpretation, or fulfillment of the General Sales Terms are subject to the French law.

If the dispute cannot be resolved out of court, it will be referred to the "Tribunal de Commerce" of Caen, France.
