Short Tour of SWORD BEACH 1

I propose you to discover Sword Beach, probably the least known of the D Day Beaches of Normandy. Come with me for a 2-hour long walking-tour during which I will tell you about the nice beach resort villas where life was so sweet until World War II...
With maps and archive pictures, I will let you imagine what happened here on June 6 1944, understand the goals of this operation but also learn about the fate of a few men who fought here, British or French, such as Commandos "Kieffer".
I will let the children get involved by investigating for hidden elements around us.
